As the outside temperatures rise in our community, I inspect and clean all air conditioner condenser coils as needed. I also regularly inspect and replace air filters. A valuable summer safety tip for all Arrow communities is to check parking lots and sidewalks for trip hazards. With nicer weather, residents spend more time outside, increasing the risk of falls. Regular inspections and timely corrections of any safety issues are crucial.
